Parassala has a railway station (PASA). But most fast/express trains do not halt here. You would have to get down at Neyyatinkara and take a bus to Parassala (10kM). Trivandrum Central station (TVC) is well connected. You can take a bus from there directly to Parassala. (28kM, 1hour15min by road)

Parassala is a small village town located on the NH. When you travel from Trivandrum, it is about 28km on the NH, towards Kanyakumari. It is well connected by both KSRTC and Tamil Nadu State Transport busses plying between Trivandrum and Nagercoil.
Location of Shree Jagannath Namahatta at Parassala
From Parassala main junction (also called Post Office Jn), take the road going to Vellarada. The temple is located on the right side of the road, about 1.2 km from Parassala Jn. Take an autorikshaw or one of the many buses that ply on this route.
